EXAIR Atomizing Spray Nozzles atomize fluids in a range of spray patterns for a variety of uses. Combining liquid and air, Atomizing Nozzles create a fine mist perfect for washing, coating, cooling, dust control and more. All models use stainless steel construction for durability and corrosion resistance and are available with a patented No Drip feature to conserve valuable liquids and eliminate drips.
Atomizing Spray Nozzle mix liquid and compressed air inside the nozzle to provide fine atomization. They can be used with liquids that have a viscosity up to 300 cP. Both liquid and air feeds require pressurization.
It uses independent air and liquid control to create a precise volume flow. They can be used on liquids with a viscosity above 300 cP.
Ideal for producing a high volume spray for heavy coatings or heavy particulate control
Available in multiple patterns and volume flows
All parts consist of Type 303 stainless steel for corrosion resistance and durability
CE compliant
Siphon Fed Air Atomizing Spray Nozzle are designed for applications where no liquid pressure is available. The can be used with gravity fed liquids or liquids from a siphon height as much as 36" (91 cm). They can be used with liquids that have a viscosity up to 200 cP.
No Drip Spray Nozzle perform like Internal Mix Atomizing Nozzles but have the added benefit of positively stopping liquid flow when the compressed air is shut off. They mix liquid and compressed air inside the nozzle to provide fine atomization. They can be used with liquids that have a viscosity up to 300 cP. Both liquid and air feeds require pressurization.
No Drip Spray Nozzle perform like External Mix Atomizing Nozzles but have the added benefit of positively stopping liquid flow when the compressed air is shut off. They use independent air and liquid control to create a precise volume flow. They can be used on liquids with a viscosity above 300 cP.
